Veggie "Fried Rice" with Tofu

Well, our version isn't actually fried. We blend brown rice and tofu cubes with lightly steamed and finely chopped vegetables - carrot, snow pea, cauliflower, zucchini - and lightly sauteed sliced crimini mushrooms. One ounce of our tasty house made soy-sesame-lemon sauce is served on the side. It's made with low sodium soy sauce, but you get to control how much to use!

Ingredients

Brown Rice, Tofu (raw, firm), Soy-Sesame-Lemon Sauce (Low Sodium Japanese Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Toasted Sesame Oil), Organic Zucchini, Organic Cauliflower, Organic Carrots, Organic Crimini Mushrooms, Organic Snow Peas, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Prep

Storage
Keep Refrigerated. Use within 3 days of delivery

Reheating
Remove all condiment cups and lids and set aside before heating.

You may empty sauces and toppings into food container for reheating as desired. Proceed to heat food container as follows:

Oven (recommended for best results)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place brown food container directly on to oven rack or on a baking sheet. Place piece of foil wrap or wax paper over container and heat 5-15 minutes.

Microwave
Place food container on a microwave safe dish. Heat for 30-60 seconds (timing varies depending on your microwave). If possible, stir food to ensure heating occurred evenly and there are no hot spots.
