Turkey and Black Bean Enchilada

Serve your kiddos the tastes of Mexico with our wholesome and mildly seasoned Turkey and Black Bean Enchiladas. We stuff a whole wheat tortilla with a pan-cooked mixture of ground turkey breast, organic black beans, minced onions and seasonings. Then we top it with grated Vermont cheddar cheese and our house made enchilada sauce and bake it off. Each wrap is sliced into two easy to handle pieces and served with yummy side sauces of extra enchilada sauce, a mango-roasted red pepper salsa and a simple guacamole.

Ingredients

Ground Turkey Breast, Organic Black Beans, Organic Onions, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ancho Chile Powder, Garlic, Sea Salt, Organic Lemon Zest, Fresh Sage, Nurturie Enchilada Sauce (Plum tomatoes, Water, Organic Carrots, Red Onion, Organic Unsalted Butter, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Sea Salt, Basil, Ancho Chile Powder, Pimento, Sea Salt), Guacamole (Avocados, Onions, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Cumin), Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla, Salsa (Organic Mango, Organic Red Peppers, Lime Juice, Sea Salt), Cabot Vermont Cheddar Cheese

Prep

Storage
Keep Refrigerated. Use within 3 days of delivery

Reheating
Remove all condiment cups and lids and set aside before heating.

You may empty sauces and toppings into food container for reheating as desired. Proceed to heat food container as follows:

Oven (recommended for best results)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place brown food container directly on to oven rack or on a baking sheet. Place piece of foil wrap or wax paper over container and heat 5-15 minutes.

Microwave
Place food container on a microwave safe dish. Heat for 30-60 seconds (timing varies depending on your microwave). If possible, stir food to ensure heating occurred evenly and there are no hot spots.
