Local Wild Fish Sticks with a Lemon-Caper Tartar Sauce

Our all new fish stick recipe focuses on local wild fish selections. Each week our chef selects the best in fresh wild fish from local markets, including hake, haddock, flounder, sole or halibut. Simply breaded with whole grain spelt and organic egg, brushed with extra virgin olive oil and baked. We use Just Mayo brand mayonnaise in our tasty housemade lemon-caper tartar sauce because it's minimally processed and contains canola oil. Served with buttered peas and mushrooms (mushrooms not pictured!). 

Our chefs create tasty, healthy, nutritionally balanced versions of foods kids like to eat, with a focus on organic ingredients, whole grains, lots of vegetables, whole fruits, little or no added sugar, lean natural proteins, and healthy fats.
